Lutheran Children and Family Service of Southeastern PA provides both Domestic and International Adoptions. We are a PA State Licensed organization and have been providing placements since 1920.
International adoptions are from Cambodia, Vietnam, Russian Federation, Khazakstan, Guatemala, Khazakstan, China, Bulgaria, and the Ukraine.
Domestic adoptions are through State Wide Adoption Network in Pennsylvania
