Intro to Yoga &
Flow Yoga Basics Courses -
$99. for 10 classes/$60. for 5 classes. (5 Weeks.)
Jan.14 Feb. 18 - Mondays & Wednesdays, 5:15 - 6:15 pm (Intro to Yoga)

Jan.15 Feb. 19 - Mondays & Wednesdays, 7:30  - 8:30 pm; Tuesdays, 8:00 - 9:00 pm (Intro to Yoga)

Jan.15 Feb.19 -  Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:45 - 8:00 pm (Flow Yoga Basics)
 

Intro to Yoga
This course  is for the total beginner who is interested in learning basic yoga postures that are strength building , and will also enhance flexibility, coordination, balance and body awareness.  Basic breathing techniques are also a focus of this 60 minute class. 

Flow Yoga Basics
This course is for the active beginner who is willing to take on the challenge of a flow style asana class.  This vinyasa (connecting movement) class is a non stop active class which increases full body strength and flexibility along with improving endurance, coordination,  balance and mental focus. It is an alchemy between body—mind and your breath energy. 75 minutes 
 

Pilates Equipment Courses -
$199 for 10 classes/$125 for 5 classes. (5 weeks.)
Jan. 14 Feb. 18 - Mondays & Wednesdays, 5:30-6:30 pm (Pilates Basic Equipment)

Jan. 14 Feb. 18 -  Mondays & Wednesdays, 7:30-8:30 pm (Pilates Basic-Intermediate Equipment)

Jan. 15 Feb. 19 - Tuesdays & Thursdays, 5:30-6:30 pm (Pilates Basic Equipment)

Pilates Basic Equipment
This class offers work on the Pilates Reformer, Cadillac and Barrel.   Class elements include, posture and body alignment and  core strengthening exercises.  This closed kinetic chain-non impact exercise class  improves body awareness, coordination and total body control. From basic to intermediate there are over 100 exercises to choose from. 60 minutes
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Pilates Basic Mat
While Pilates Mat focuses on building stronger core awareness and strength, the 30 + forms strengthen and stretch the entire body—leaving you feeling balanced and energized. Breath awareness, posture and body alignment are a focus of this 60 minute class.
